NASCAR's 'zero tolerance' policy: Nationwide crew chief suspended indefinitely

   BROOKLYN, Mich.
   NASCAR officials have reacted quickly to an apparent racial slur by a Nationwide crewman last weekend at Nashville.
   NASCAR officials called it "an inappropriate comment" by Nationwide crew chief Bryan Berry in an altercation with driver Marc Davis suspended Berry indefinitely.
   Berry, who works for Rusty Wallace and Brendan Gaughan, was upset with Davis after a pit road collision and apparently used a racial slur in their confrontation.
   Wallace says Berry will undergo 'sensitivity training.'
   NASCAR last year settled out of court a $225 million lawsuit brought by a former female NASCAR official over what she claimed was racial and sexual harassment.
    In the incident that triggered the altercation Davis was swinging into the garage from pit road during the race and collided with Gaughan, who was pitting.
