   Jack Roush sure knows how make news.
   Fortunately the news today is good: the veteran NASCAR team owner is reported in serious but stable condition Wednesday morning in Wisconsin at Theda Clark Medical Center, where he underwent undisclosed surgery for injuries from Tuesday evening's crash at Oshkosh's Wittman Regional Airport.
   Business associate Brenda Strickland, also in the plane with Roush, was reported in good condition at Oshkosh's Mercy Medical Center.
   Roush and Strickland were flying in to attend an air show, AirVenture 2010, by the Experimental Aircraft Association; Roush, who is an aviation enthusiast and owns several planes, including P-51 Mustang warbirds, is an annual visitor to the air show. He was to give a presentation this week and sign autographs.
